Hours & Location

The North Laurel Animal Hospital is pleased to provide appointment times with our doctors and technicians six days per week Monday through Saturday. We are also pleased to provide surgical services five days per week Monday through Friday. 

Technician appointments may be scheduled throughout the day and may include non-doctor services such as vaccines, nail trims, tick removal, blood draw and several other minor procedures. For clarification on whether or not your pet must be seen by a doctor, please consult our reception staff at (301) 953-7387

We conduct surgical procedures from 12:00pm through 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Our doctors are highly skilled in soft tissue surgery, ophthalmic surgery and some orthopedic surgery. We will perform some orthopedic surgeries in-house but may refer larger animals or more complicated cases to a specialty board certified surgeon at nearby referral practices.

In the event of an emergency during normal business hours, every effort should be made to communicate the extent of your pet’s condition and a time to come in for evaluation by our doctor’s. In most instances, we will instruct an owner to bring their pet in for emergency care, however, depending on the severity of the injury/condition, the owner may be referred to local specialty hospital or emergency clinic.
